Made up of a drafty selection of hi-hats, loose claps, balmy pads and wandering keys, Shield’s edit of C.Vogt & Patrick Jeremic’s ‘After All It’s You’ is a welcome nod back to long, hazy summer evenings, as winter’s ominous presence draws ever closer.
With slightly weightier kicks than the original, and more prominence given to the main melody, the Rebirth Records head honcho manages to create a dance floor friendly, yet thoroughly liberating edit, painting lucid pictures of the Italian sun where it was originally produced.
