No Bounds Festival complete line-up with Lanark Artefax, Caterina Barbieri + Lee Gamble.

Sheffield-based festival No Bounds has revealed the final line up for their 2019 edition. Taking place between the 11th-13th October, the festival has announced a programme of special artists, works and commissions, who will join the wealth of DJs and live acts already set to play over the three day festival.

This year No Bounds has grown to include more venues and areas of Sheffield’s city centre including partnering with the Kelham Island Museum for their daytime activities. Friday’s opening concerts will also take place in the space and feature live AV performances from Caterina Barbieri, Lee Gamble and Lanark Artefax, while throughout Saturday, as part of a commissioned programme by Mark Fell and Pedro Rocha called“Tactical Contact”, will include a wide range of performances, as well as new installations and collaborations.

Alongside other sound installations and commissions, No Bounds will be hosting workshops covering topics such as live coding and modular-synthesis, as well as talks and debate with panels discussing issues including diversity, artificial intelligence and cyborg activism. To round off there will be a full film programme in collaboration with Sheffield Doc Fest that will stream films including Rita Maia and Vasco Viana’s Lisbon Beat and Makino Takashi’s Memento Stella.
