Playing their part to pacify the cold temperatures we’ve been dealing with recently, Electric Elephant have just announced the partners and party crews lined up for their 2016 festival in the Croatian sun next summer.
As one of the founding festivals lying on the Adriatic coast, Electric Elephant has garnered international recognition with forward thinking electronic bookings and an intimate feel that has attracted a select group of kindred spirits who return each year to dance the night away under a starlit sky until dawn.
This year the festival will be inviting leading party crews and labels from around the world to set sail on daily voyages across the glittering aquamarine waters and in their legendary open-air club Barbarella. Partners for 2016 include festival favourites Andrew Weatherall and Sean Johnston, who will bring their interplanetary audio party series A Love From Outer Space back to Electric Elephant in July. UK party purveyors secretsundaze, Cadillac, HomoElectric, Butter Side Up and Jaunt are also confirmed to soundtrack sun-kissed days, balmy nights and hands-in-the-air sunrises. New partners include Aus Music, Bicep’s Hot Tub Jamz, Stop Making Sense and 2020 Vision. Plus festivals Gottwood and Festival No.6 make a welcome return, along with Balearic Beat masters Down To The Sea And Back and Bristol DJ collective Kabal.
