We’re extremely pleased to welcome back The Natural Curve after our grateful discovery earlier this year, and they’ve served up a treat for today’s advent gift.
‘People Come Running (Remix)’ breathes the warm deep house feel of Metro Area with a soulful depth sculpted by Polly Gibbons‘ charismatic vocals, reminiscent of Alice Russell. A bouncing baseline with early club production gives the track a pleasing air of nostalgia, which only adds to the captivating nature of the catchy lyrics. It’s not everyday you hear verse-form vocals in a house track which gets better with every listen, and this track really does.
