Formally the drummer for label-buddy Jessie Ware and now crooning in his own right, PMR-signee Dornik is a name you should all get familiar with.
The London-based singer/producer’s cosmic R&B lurks quite beautifully in the shadows of 80’s Michael Jackson and 00’s Timberlake, befitting a prevailing sound at PMR Records that also gave Disclosure their first big break.
This month Dornik has offered up two tracks from his forthcoming EP (due to be announced in a couple of weeks) following his debut singles Rebound and Something About You released at the start of 2014.
Described as “more experimental and psychedelic, more loose with room to breath”, the two new tracks are an alluring taste of things to come, with a debut album on the cards at PMR HQ in 2015.
