A new LP from Canadian all-star producer Dan Snaith has been long awaited since his 2012 release Jiaolong under his other moniker Daphni. A couple of days ago we got the good news from the man himself that a new Caribou album is on its way called Our Love, whilst being treated with a new track off the album called Can’t Do Without You.
It’s a warming anthemic summer jam that really continues off from his internationally acclaimed 2010 release Swim. We very much love what we’re hearing.
Our Love is out October 7 via Merge and features collaborations with Jessy Lanza and Owen Pallett.
Bristol’s Simple Things Festival has just announced that Caribou will perform at the opening party on October 24th 2014, so book ahead people!
