Off of Jesse’s long-awaited LP entitled Love Apparatus; the first full-length solo album from the nomadic soul-man in more than five years. Part of the new-school R&B movement, Jesse’s experiences over the past few years have been moulded into something quite unique, touring extensively in Europe and working closely with electronic producer Machinedrum. Thus comes Live In Me off the new record. A beautiful frankenstein track fusing elements of Dubstep, footwork (it’s Machinedrum, remember) and Garage, along with some sultry soul and R&B vibes from Boykins’ smoothadelic voice.
