It seems as though a higher divinity – or more plausibly, Simple Things – has heard our prayer and is bringing us a Brainfeeder-shaped delight on 6th June at Bristol’s Colston Hall.
Praised for his musicianship and masterful productions, as well as incredibly fun live sets that hit all the right spots, Flying Lotus‘ dominance has impacted practically every part of the electronic music spectrum, spanning for almost two decades now. The show will include sets by Flying Lotus’ other musical endeavours, including his rap project under the guise Captain Murphy, and Stephen Bruner aka Thundercat – whose 2013 album Apocalypse blends futuristic jazz with elements of funk to give birth to a neo-soul sound that captures the very essence of Brainfeeder.
It’s an honour to be housing such talent in Bristol as part of the duo/trio’s European tour. Book tickets now to avoid any heartbreak.
