So this track is utterly mental. It sounds like…well, what the hell does this sound like? When have I ever in my life heard a song like this? Never, that’s when. Mehmet Aslan is a Turkish-born, Berlin-based producer with a Soundcloud profile like none other. However, his “discoish edit of this crazy, rare Turkish funk track” is on a whole other level. Without coming across a tad mentally-unstable, the Turkish lyrics perfectly convey how I’m feeling right now: “Where do I come from? Where am I going? Where am I? Am I human? Am I in love? Am I crazy? ” Yes, yes I am, and it feels fabulous.
