Tickets: £5-6
Sound History is a six date UK tour, presented by Punch Records and Vagabondz to explore the heritage of deep house and garage. Stopping off in Bristol, Brighton and London, each date is headlined Roy Davis Jr, whose now iconic Gabriel has been a huge influence on the garage and deep house scenes in the UK. The tour is not just about exploring the history of the genre, but tracking its development. Timed well with RDJr’s recent remix of Disclosure and a new track just signed to Swamp 81, it also showcases the active part he still plays in the genre and joins the dots with some contemporary UK talent. He will be joined by Eliphino and Shola Ama, Sticky, Oscar Luweez and Moony on his nationwide adventure with each date detailed below.
