DJ Ja plus DJ Nein make DJ OK – seems logical, right? This collaborative effort by the opposites whips up a carnival atmosphere, with snare rudiments, free-form piano and shrieking vocals that yearn for summer to begin.
Crisp snares roll and rattle, filtered to leave a soft kick as the track’s only foundation. Eventually, everything collapses, giving way to sweeping synths which wash over your head. The beat rolls back in and the course is set for the remainder of the track; a swelling, dream-like record to soundtrack the twilight hours.
