Space Garage is the meeting of minds of Mystic Jungle and Rico Milord. Known for their skilled improvisation abilities “Venom” is the by-product of a spontaneous jam on a hot midsummers night between the Naples-based producer and label collaborator.
Originally released at the beginning of 2018 on Mystic Jungle’s own imprint, Periodica Records, the reissue flaunts a new extended mix in addition to the original and Eclipse version. On “Venom”, vintage space echo surrounds melodic synthesisers, vocoder vocals and electric bass, for a sleazy funk jam that flaunts those signature sounds that Naples has become known for.
