Monday Morning Mixtape 216

Bounce through Norwegian-grown West African homage, early 70s San Fran jazz-funk and a Swedish cover of a soul classic.

This week is curated by STW chief Aaron L. “Through starting to archive our MMMs on Spotify, I realised it’s been over three years since my last mixtape and about time I fixed something new up. No grand plan behind this one, just kept it broad: jazz, beats, RnB, folk-rock and some warm-up dance floor movements, alongside forthcoming bits on Brownswood, LateNightTales, Ambiance, YAM and 100% Silk. This one goes out to Mac Miller a.k.a Larry Fisherman who passed last week, the first rapper we reviewed back in 2011 and one of the inspirations for us starting STW.”
