Death of musicians has defined the early part of 2016 for many. With that in mind, we have curated a mix that looks forward with affection for what those musicians have brought us. It’s a strong 70s representation this week, with a Rhodes cover of a classic by Roberta Flack, some Japanese flute jazz, some 60s harmonica fueled ballads, as well as Zanzibar disco that was out on Running Back a few years ago.
One original track from DJ Boursin dedicated to the post-Bloc heads, as well as two private edits. RIP Glenn Frey. Happy Monday!
