Nestled in the hills, set back from Adriatic sits Mostar, home of DJ and producer El Nino Andres. On his latest release for the Jackie Brown imprint, American cultural references collide from all angles. Opening with a line from Christian Bale in American Hustle, light percussion and organ chords set the gospel tone before the powerful vocals make their grand entrance. A chugging bassline and disco guitar riff join the harmonies with the same delicate touch that Soundstream blesses his tracks with.
