London studios The Qube have announced ‘Futures’: a development programme aimed to empower the next generation of young music creators.
The eight successful applicants will attend a four-week intensive programme that includes workshops, panels and one-on-one mentorship and talks with artists, producers and leading music industry professionals, to encourage an understanding of working in the industry and help establish a like-minded network.
This will include Q&As and workshops with the likes of Charlie Dark, Elijah and Plastician, to name but a few, alongside talks with the production and mix engineers behind artists including Dua Lipa, Stormzy and Rhianna. The young creatives will also receive six months free membership to The Qube’s studios and mixing and mastering resources.
The Qube is home to 40 creative spaces that span studios across music, podcast, video and photography. A place to connect and collaborate, they support a community of creatives in various mediums including producers, YouTubers, artists and musicians.
Applicants must be 18-25 years old. Applications are open now until 2nd March 2022. Find out how to apply.
