We Out Here Festival have announced the first wave of their line up for 2022, taking place at Abbots Ripton between 25-28 August.
As always the four-day musical celebration, which returns for its third live edition, brings together live music and DJ sets, focusing on veteran names and emerging talent. Heading up the live programme are Toronto outfit BADBADNOTGOOD, jazz-funk trio Azymuth and Detroit’s Underground Resistance, among others. The UK jazz scene is a core part of the programming once again with sets announced from Emma-Jean Thackray, Nala Sinephro, The Comet is Coming and Vels Trio to name but a few.
The DJ line up sees Hessle Audio celebrating 15 years of the label with Ben UFO, Pangaea, Pearson Sound and special guests, while other UK and festival staples include Charlie Bones, Colleen ‘Cosmo’ Murphy, Alexander Nut, Mr Scruff and Touching Bass’s Alex Rita & Errol. New names who’ve been making waves over the last year also feature on the programme; expect sets from Jossy Mitsu, Parris, Tim Reaper and Yung Singh. The full line up will be revealed soon.
In addition to the musical programme, We Out Here offers wellness, family and cultural activities, including talks, an independent record fair, wild swimming and a roller disco.
