Jossy Mitsu, Ben Hauke and India Jordan play Infinity Fields, Brainchild’s virtual festival experience.

Like most, we’ll be feeling the void left by the lack of festival proceedings this year. One of those distinct calendar absences will be that of Brainchild Festival. Firmly becoming one of our favourite fixtures over the years, the festival routinely captures those magical shared experiences and feelings of communal freedom, not only through its musical billing but overall atmosphere, in which, any moment is a doppler effect in memory.

Thus, Brainchild present Infinity Fields a “nostalgic & intimate online experience” that aims to bring the festival experience into our homes over the weekend of 10th -12th July. Taking footage captured around the festival’s Sussex home over the past eight years, Infinity Fields will be a 24hr online experience immersing visitors to the site in real-time festival sites and sounds.

Along with visuals, an online shop, and even a virtual bar, each night from 9pm to 1.30am will be set’s from the likes of Rinse FM’s Jossy Mitsu, energy-demanding India Jordan and enthusiast for South-American rhythms Poly Ritmo.

See the full line up below, and reserve your now spot over on the specially created site.

Brainchild are currently running a Crowdfunder to raise the money they lost when Covid forced them to cancel the 2020 festival, and all donations made on the site will help them fundraise to ensure they can come back with a bang next year.
