The Domino producer plays a rare piano set on 25th November at Shepherd’s Bush Empire.

Jon Hopkins will play a “quieter, more meditative” live set as part of a War Child fundraising series. Over the course of the evening he’ll be joined by George Fitzgerald and Hot Chip’s Alexis Taylor and describes the performance on Twitter as “very different from what I have been doing on this tour. It will be a really special evening.”

This event is one of three consecutive Safe and Sound gigs hosted by the charity to mark the finale of their Learn To Live campaign. Through twinning London schools with children in war zones, Learn To Live aims to increase links and encourage understanding of the challenges faced by children growing up in a conflict areas. This is combined with a call on the UK government to prioritise mental health and psychosocial support in schools, for children affected by conflict.

Tickets range from £35 (GA) to £150 (VVIP) and can be purchased on Ticketmaster. Money raised through ticket sales goes directly to Learn To Live.
