Gilles Peterson’s Future Bubblers project opens second year applications

After a successful first year, Future Bubblers continues in it’s search for new emerging talent, with the opening of applications for the next round.

Sticking close to Brownswood’s open-minded ethos, the project will again elect ten individual musical creatives from applicants across the UK. Over the course of a year, each successful Bubbler will receive mentoring and guidance from an industry expert, paired according to their style, business acumen, creative ambitions and development needs.

A truly unique programme, Future Bubblers flips the new artist discovery and development game on its head. Removing barriers and opening doors, the scheme takes away industry pressures and provides the space and resources for natural development.

The application period closes on Friday 19th August so if your want to be a Future Bubbler or know someone you think could, head over to the Future Bubblers page for more information.

In the meantime have a listen to one of Year 1’s successful candidates Revenu below and, for those in London, head over to the Pickle Factory on the 20th July for the Future Bubblers Year 1 Showcase event.
