In its fifteenth edition, Club to Club festival is taking no prisoners. Based in Turin, Italy, (spiritual home of the Espresso Martini) and staged during the Contemporary Art Week, this year’s lineup is looking particularly good. Starting as they mean to go on, Berlin-based Apparat is up first with a set dedicated to his productions for film and theatre.
Known for pushing the boundaries of electronic and pop music, the bill also includes Floating Points (performing with a live band at the Teatro Carignano), Jamie xx, the ever in-demand Nicolas Jaar, Jeff Mills, everyone’s favourite wedding singer Omar Souleyman, and Oneohtrix Point Never.
And if you can’t make it to Italy’s first capital for the main event, or you just want to have all of the fun, Club to Club are getting together with Barbican and Unsound for a night of musical joy at Village Underground on September 24th. C2C will be showcasing The Italian New Wave: Vaghe Stelle and Ninos Du Brasil.
Club to Club will be held from 4th to 8th November in venues across the Italian city of Turin. Very reasonably priced Early Bird tickets are still available, and flights are still cheap – so act now!
