Dimensions announce yet more acts, completing their 2015 bill

As if they weren’t doing well enough already, Dimensions Festival have announced yet more names on their bill for their 2015 installment.

Joining the party at Fort Punta Cristo will be the initial engineer of techno music Juan Atkins, fellow Detroitian brotherhood Underground Resistance, dance music’s two-piece powerhouse Âme, an additional DJ set by musical genius Floating Points, family members of the Swamp 81 collective Boddika and Loefah, as well as fellow UK dance music mogul Eliphino, and one of Berlin’s current underground techno masters, Objekt.

On a different tip, BADBADNOTGOOD will travel across the pond to give us a first-hand taste of clever hip hop from Toronto, who’ll be joined by Waajeed, the Detroit-born producer and one half of hip-hop group Platinum Pied Pipers whose Bling47 label released music from the likes of J Dilla. Space Dimension Controller will bring their nu-age funk-infused flavour to Pula’s coastline this August, alongside homegrown movers and shakers of Croatia’s house/techno scene, Petar Dundov and Ilija Rudman.

These names join an already brimming lineup, kicking off Four Tet, Little Dragons and Floating Points at the Opening Concert on 26th August. The weekend will then be sprinkled with other, already announced acts such as George Clinton and the Parliament Funkadelic, Moodyman, Ben Klock, Lil Louis, Mala, Gerd Janson, Mount Kimbie, Blawan, John Talabot, Rødhåd, Hessle Audio (Ben UFO, Pearson Sound and Pangaea), Motor City Drum Ensemble, Osunlade and plenty more. Not to mention the festival itself!
