Wilderness Festival, a celebration like no other embracing nature and the arts, and set in the idyllic Cornbury Park, is shaping up to be one of the most anticipated events of the festival season. With the latest round of announcements from Wilderness HQ seeing DJ Harvey front a new wave of artists, the festivals music line-up is going from strength to strength.
Classically trained Francesco Lombardo, house producer Kim Ann Foxman, techno magician Antal, the party-starting PBR Streetgang and the legendary DJ Harvey are all confirmed. Also leading the charge is underground music champion Felix Dickinson, Tuareg singer-songwriter Bombino and electronic music virtuoso Lapsley.
These artists join the ever enchanting Björk, electrifying funk specialists George Clinton & the Parliament Funkadelic, percussionist Nick Mulvey, Berlin composer Nils Frahm, the Brandt Bauer Frick Ensemble and Afro-beat gospel stylists Ibibio Sound Machine, all of whom further cement the festivals music credentials.
Wilderness also has much to offer on the gastronomy, theatre, arts and performance side too. With an extensive array of talks, banquets from some of the worlds finest chefs, and everything from outdoor pursuits to well-bring treatments, you will not be disappointed.
