Exciting acts along with new audiovisual dialogues have been added to the stellar bill for Sónar 2015. Top of our priorities will be an anticipated collaborative project between Koreless and visual artist Emmanuel Biard, the creator of the Sónar by Day stage show for Evian Christ. With their joint show entitled The Well, Koreless and Biard will explore both sight and sound with a combination of fascinating light designs and spiralling rhythms.

Also billed for the Barcelona festival is , a noteworthy debut performance of new, forthcoming album material from Pional. Having previously worked with the likes of Jay-Z, Eminem, Kanye West, Diddy, Drake and Kendrick Lamar (just to name a few), American hip hop producer and DJ, Just Blaze joins the SonarDôme programme curated by the Red Bull Music Academy. As well as this, the analogue house two-piece hailing New York, Teengirl Fantasy will be travelling across the pond to show us what they’ve got. French artist and Antivj affiliate, Joanie Lemercier‘s premiere of Blueprint will take place at SonarComplex. Created by Bristolian musician James Ginzburg, this new audiovisual piece tells the story of the cosmos through a powerful projection system on two lateral screens and a central monolithic, a masterful work which has been adapted especially for Sónar Festival.

These acts, along with many others from neighbouring European countries and further afield, join a lineup which already succeeds in blowing all the rest out of the water. They now stand alongside: The Chemical Brothers, Squarepusher, FKA Twigs, Flying Lotus, Autechre, Jamie xx, A$AP Rocky, Arca, Erol Alkan, Skepta, J.E.T.S. (Jimmy Edgar and Machinedrum), Daniel Avery, Seth Troxler, Kiasmos, Die Antwoord, Evian Christ, Ten Walls, Vessel, Cashmere Cat, The Bug, Holly Herndon, BADBADNOTGOOD, Francesco Tristano, and many more!
