With the festival season in full swing, it’s always nice to unearth some lesser-known names.

Situated way up north in the Yorkshire Dales, Beacons is only in its second year but has put together one of the best grouping of artists we’ve seen this year, and for a fraction of the price of the big ones. Earlybird and second tier tickets have sold out, so get on board quick before not only before this year’s festival sells out but also before a lot more cotton onto this hidden gem in the future. Check out some of the line-up below and also some latest tracks by our five artists to watch.

Line-up

Toots and the Maytals / Mount Kimbie / Wild Beasts / Roots Manuva / Ghostpoet / Andrew Weatherall / Julio Bashmore / Junior Boys / Maya Jane Coles / Pearson Sound / Peaking Lights / Oneman / Errors / Submotion Orchestra / Willis Earl Beal / Koreless / Jessie Ware / Lunice / Huxley / Willy Mason / Star Slinger / Stay + / XXXY / Jam City / King Krule / Kwes / Disclosure / Bok Bok Five to Watch

Toots and the Maytals are a given, but we’ll give you five more.
