The first in a fortnightly series of woodland sessions with Brainchild Festival.
Woom are a UK quartet consisting of four voices – Isobel Risk, Ella Rimmer, Lara Laeverenz and Alice Barlow. Last summer they took us deep into the East Sussex woods at Brainchild Festival to perform original material and covers from Frank Ocean’s 2016 album Blonde, the latter of which makes up their first single out now and available to stream/buy from their website.
Brainchild is an award-winning not-for-profit festival taking place every July in the south of England. In the absence of this year’s edition due to Covid-19, we’ve collaborated to create a series of woodland sessions with their 2019 lineup, premiered every fortnight.
