After an inaugural dubby affair earlier this year from label boss Jaromir Kaminski, formerly one half of Ptaki, Polish label Polena Recordings return with their second release. Enlisting the abilities of RBMA graduate Sosky for this three tracker, it marks the producers first foray into house music after making Brainfeeder-esque hiphop for years under En2ak. Dancing somewhere between Jexopolis and Red Axes, today’s premiere ‘Guitarfish Hero’ brings together tropical rhythms, cosmic synths and chuggy sensibilities for an intriguing slow builder.
