Besides adding additional days for musical fun and appreciation to this years programme, Peckham Rye Music Festival have made room for even more good stuff to be consumed. Their opening weekend now providing four stages with changing faces day-to-day, in their aural makeup.

On Friday, big bass and sound system reverberations can be expected at the Outdoor Stage, hosted by Reggae Roots and Bass who welcome the likes of Hempolics and Miss Feel Good. Elsewhere Hyperdub host some more heavy hitters with Kode9, Cooly G and Ozkharp bringing deep and bumpy deconstructed house sounds to the Indoor Stage. At The Nines, West Friends host Brooklyn based house heroine Octa Octa and local boys FYI Chris, whilst Rhythm Sister and Field Maneuvers hold down Rye Wax basement and Roof D respectively.

Saturday goes live as the electronic-influenced soul and saxophone soundscapes of new addition Laura Misch grace the Outdoor Stage, backed by the high energy of The Busy Twist. Church take over Roof D with Axel Bowman leading the melodic house sonics. Space Dimension Controller adds his galactic touch indoors with stage hosts Friends Of Ours x Inverted Audio whilst Arnaldo takes care of The Nines with the Gazebo crew.

Sunday caters for those of a Detroit house tip, as Patrice Scott is enlisted outdoors with the Secretsundaze team, whilst we play host indoors to Mike Huckaby who is joined by Jenifa Mayanja to make for an exciting combo. First Word bring soul to the roof with K15 and friends and finally The Nines sees Coastal Haze affiliate Buddy Love perform his live set with DJ Eliot and Seb & Hollick in support.
