Ever since Dego planted just the smallest seed of optimism during our enjoyable conversation last year, we’ve been waiting in earnest for the news of a full live setup from the dedicated pioneer. Last month it finally landed and a night of Dego’s individual London boogie can’t come around any sooner.

Playing in his first live show in five years, this really is a rare prospect to witness Dego’s live format performing material from his solo albums. Dego will man the synths on the night joined on stage by five others in the 2000black Family band, including Akwasi Mensah on bass (one of the minds behind the ‘Race of Angels‘ remix with Theo Parrish).

London beatsmith Eric Lau will be also provide the evenings soundtrack before and after the show.

For just an idea of what kind of vibes to expect, check out the video below.

For more event details head to the Facebook event and grab tickets over on the 2000black bandcamp. Can’t wait? Catch Dego along with the Eglo Records family this Easter Sunday.
