ReviveHer return to Hackney Wick on the 18th March for their first party of the year, in a previously untarnished, and currently secret, two-room loft space, which they’ve boldly claimed is “the closest thing you’re going to get to an ’88 rave”.
This time they’re bringing back Munich label and record shop Public Possession, headed up by Marvin and Valentino, who recently played a much-hyped headline set for Dirtytalk in Bristol. Label favourite Bell Towers will also be joining, whose feels-laden, pop-tinged productions and eclectic selections put him at the forefront of Australia’s underground scene.
The vast knowledge afforded by running one of Germany’s top record shops is nicely matched with Free Care (aka Nick Williams) and Alex Egan from London institution, Phonica going b2b. Outside of the Phonica counter, Nick runs R&S sublabel Meda Fury while Alex works his own label, Utter, bringing a nice balance of deep crates and curatorial wisdom to the night. Topping things off, Bi-Bop’s birthday party is in Room 2, with our pals Heels & Souls on warm-up duties.
Final tier tickets and more info is available from Facebook. You need to be attending the FB event or sign up on the ReviveHer website to find out details about the venue.
