One of the unsung heroes of Detroit techno, DJ Bone is best known for his untouchable technical ability behind three turntables (often simultaneously), delivering unrelenting, upfront dancefloor motivators with a dizzying use of the crossfader. Everyone has to put their feet up once in a while though, which is exactly what Bone’s been doing in the English countryside this week. What does Bone listen to on such an excursion? Well fortunately he’s provided the answer, in the form of a day-in-the-life playlist.
Catch DJ Bone at Bloc Weekend from 11th-13th March.
“It’s not often I get the opportunity to take a few days off to relax in the countryside. So, when we noticed that I had some downtime between dates during my UK tour it only made sense to chill in the country in Gloucestershire. Friends, food & drink and dope music. Time to relax and listen to these jams”

Very inspired rendition of a great Usher song.

Some midday grooves from Fabrice & AC to keep my energy up.

Amazing song that reminds me of my beautiful Mother.
