A new week begins and we’re back with another mixtape for your Monday. Ensuring you get one of your five-a-day this morning we have Bristol-based party-throwers-come-music-label Banoffee Pies taking the reigns with a 100% vinyl selection to shake up your wake up.
Comprised of two friends with a passion for exposing quality electronic music, Elliot and Sandy have been keeping busy since they last checked in with us. At the beginning of this year they released their second BP compilation release, putting their mark on the house and techno scene with magical contributions from Adam Strömstedt and Alan Delius. Keeping things rolling, next month the boys are due to drop a double LP packed full of 90s analog jams followed shortly after by an Africa vs Turkey release as the third instalment of their white label series.
Back to today’s mixtape, the duo have pushed aside their love of upbeat vibes to bring you one hour of relaxation and relief. In their own words:
“A nice change from the world of Dance music, we’ve put together a selection of wax, old and new from Banoffee HQ, to aid the needs of your Monday blues.
